As a Postpartum Doula, Energetic Nutritionist, and Chef, Addison will offer you support and guidance in order to reclaim your power and feel confident as you transition into motherhood. Together we will share, discuss, cook and eat, building our bag of tools (think Mary Poppins) so you can feel confident and empowered after birth.
