About Uplifted Collective

Uplifted Collective exists to offer mothers and families thoughtful support during some of life’s most transformative moments. In the early seasons of family life, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise, to forget your own wisdom, or to be unsure of what support is truly needed. We’re here to bring it back to what matters: care that nourishes, knowledge that empowers and space that feels safe to land.

We believe support should feel grounding, not overwhelming. Helpful, not prescriptive. Personal, not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a calm, practical approach to postpartum and family support – through in-home services, nourishing meals and online resources.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, rest, guidance or gentle support, we meet you where you are.

Meet Our Founder – Addison Landry

Addison with dark hair tied back, wearing a silk cream-colored robe, sits at a wooden table with watermelon slices, eggs, and pink flowers.

I’ve spent the last decade immersed in the study and practice of care – physical, emotional and energetic – with one clear goal: to support families through the seasons of fertility, postpartum and early parenthood in ways that feel deeply human and empowering.

My training and professional experience span both the culinary and postpartum care worlds. I began my journey at William Angliss Institute, before gaining experience in several leading kitchens and eventually stepping into the role of Head Pastry Chef at Feast of Merit in Richmond, Melbourne. I later moved to New York City, where I joined the acclaimed team at Del Posto. I’m also a qualified postpartum doula, trained through the prestigious Carriage Birth House in New York, and I hold certifications in Energy Medicine, Applied Nutrition, Reiki, Morphogenic Field Technique and as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner.  I’ve also supported A-list actors as a nanny – work that refined my intuition and ability to offer steady, responsive care within the ever-changing dynamics of family life.

With a foundation in both nutrition and energy work, my practice takes a whole-person approach – supporting the nervous system, replenishing energy, and restoring balance through many forms of nourishment. Whether I’m working through food, breath or energetic modalities, my focus is always on creating care that sustains and strengthens from within.

While I’ve worked with people from many walks of life, my deepest calling is to support mothers – guiding them to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their energy and move through transformation with clarity and intention.

Through this, I’ve come to understand that when we care for the mother, we naturally support the baby, the partner, and the entire family system. My focus has naturally evolved to hold space for and nourish not only individuals, but the household as a whole.

I bring a deeply intuitive and informed approach to postpartum care and family nourishment, drawing on years of training and experience. I believe our bodies carry innate wisdom, and when we learn to tune in, we uncover a way of living and caring for ourselves that is simple, powerful and enduring.

It’s an incredible privilege to support families during such meaningful seasons. Whether it’s a new mother rediscovering her strength or a family feeling more resourced and at ease, these moments of reconnection are what continually inspire my work.
