With a background in Applied Nutrition and training as a professional chef, Addison prepares meals using ancestral principles and high-quality ingredients: rich in minerals, healthy fats, proteins and adaptogens that support equilibrium and wellbeing. 

Every meal is made to be both satisfying and functional – crafted to support hormonal balance, digestion and daily energy. Meals can be enjoyed fresh, or stored for the days ahead, helping you feel consistently nourished and cared for.

From preparation to packaging, every element is taken care of with precision. Meals are portioned and stored with care, your fridge or freezer is thoughtfully stocked, and your kitchen is left impeccably clean.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a simple questionnaire to help us understand your food preferences, dietary needs and any allergies. From there, we’ll have a brief chat about the kinds of meals that would best support your household – whether that’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or a mix of everything. Based on your input, we’ll create a personalised menu tailored to your lifestyle, taste and nourishment goals.

  • Yes – this is an in-home cooking service. Preparing meals in your kitchen allows us to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary packaging and portion meals efficiently based on your space and storage needs. It also means larger batch cooking is possible, which is more cost-effective and often more supportive for busy households.

  • That depends on what’s happening in your life and the level of support you’re looking for. Whether you’re in a postpartum season, managing a busy household, or simply wanting to nourish yourself without the daily mental load, we’ll find a rhythm that suits you. Our packages are offered on a 3-month commitment.

    Some families use this service for week-to-week ease, while others rely on it to reset once a month. We're here to meet you where you are.

  • Once your menu has been finalised and approved, you’ll receive a detailed grocery list with everything needed for the session. You’ll be responsible for purchasing the ingredients ahead of time, which keeps the process simple, cost-effective, and fully in your hands.

    This approach allows you to:

    • Use what you already have in your pantry, fridge, or freezer

    • Shop at your favourite stores or markets

    • Choose the brands, suppliers, or dietary specifics you prefer

    • Maintain control over your grocery budget

    By doing the shopping yourself, you can reduce waste, avoid duplicate ingredients, and ensure that everything in your kitchen aligns with your household’s preferences and values.

  • Each session includes generous portions of nourishing meals that can be enjoyed fresh or stored in the freezer for later. Here's an example of what could be prepared in a single session:
