Postpartum & In-Home Support
Intuitive guidance. Personalised nourishment. A soft place to land after birth.
The early days after birth are full of tenderness, change and new beginnings. Uplifted Collective offers heart-led, in-home postpartum support to help families feel nourished and gently guided through this precious season.
Addison is a Carriage Birth House Postpartum Doula and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner with a background in Energy Medicine, Applied Nutrition and professional culinary training. Based in Melbourne, Addison supports families across both inner and outer suburbs – and has also been invited to provide postpartum care internationally. She remains open to travelling for clients seeking dedicated in-home support abroad.
Postpartum care with Addison is shaped around three key pillars: support for the mother, care for the baby, and nourishment for the whole family. Each session is adapted to reflect what your household needs most – with the focus shifting as your recovery and rhythms evolve.
Nourishment may involve freshly prepared, nutrient-dense meals to restore energy and support healing. Mother-focused care can include a selection of restorative modalities such as Reiki, Emotion Code, belly binding, gua sha, gentle massage, acupressure, or chakra and meridian balancing (kinesiology).
Support for your baby may include settling techniques, newborn care education, or simply creating space for you to rest while your baby is gently held.
All elements are offered within a clear framework, but tailored to your unique preferences and stage of recovery – allowing each session to meet you where you are, with care that’s steady, nourishing and aligned.
Addison believes that connection is essential in this kind of care, and prefers to meet in person before beginning services to ensure the right fit for your family.
