What's the Morphogenetic Field Technique All About | By Dr Frank Springob

Morphogenic Field Technique is an energetic testing system, designed to move the body towards greater health.

MFT has three components:

  1. The morphogenic field

  2. Muscle response testing

  3. Digitised water vials

The M-field: Everything in nature has energy around it. This energy signature is recognised by biologists, scientists and physicists. You may have heard it being called Chi or Aura.

Muscle Response Testing: Originally called Applied Kinesiology, it has been around for over 50 years. Muscle testing is a technique used in alternative medicine to analyse and treat based on the belief that muscles are connected to organs and glands and that specific muscle weakness can signal distant internal problems. MFT is an advanced form of muscle testing in which we use your body’s energy field, instead of the organs and glands. Imbalances will affect the health of the person over time. With M-field Technique we can have an energetic conversation with your body about imbalances.

Digitised water vials: These vials contain the digitised energy of common health problems and the solutions to match them. The problem and solution vials are put together into special MFT test kits.

Now that you have an understanding of the three components of MFT let’s walk you through a typical session.

First, the MFT practitioner will measure the size of your M-field, which should reach out at least 5-7 feet away from your body. The practitioner does this by using a special field-measuring vial and your extended arm. As they bring the vial towards your body, the muscle in your arm will innately go weak. This point of weakness shows the practitioner where the field begins. If it is less than 5-7 feet, you are energetically challenged in some way.

Next, the test kits are placed against the body and slowly drawn away to see if the test muscle goes weak. If it does, you have to find the “problem” vial that made the muscle weak. The vials are grouped to narrow down the culprit.

After all of the “problem energies” are identified, it is time to find the “solution energies”. Once you match all of the problem energies to the solution energies, it is time to remeasure the M-field again to see the difference in the size and balance of the field.

All of the “solutions” will be truly natural. The M-field is not interested in any poisons or chemicals. To learn more about MFT, health tips and industry info head to Dr Frank Springob’s website.

Your Genes Your Food Your Health | By Dr Frank Springob

your genes your food your health

Since the time of Darwin, the idea of genetic disease has been a principal theme in the world of healthcare. For over 100 years, it was believed that our genes were responsible for the fate of our health as we aged. If a man’s father had heart problems, he also would have heart problems. Similarly, a woman whose mother developed breast cancer would assume it was only a matter of time before the onset of her own cancer. This is called genetic predisposition.

Then, with the completion of the Human Genome Project, new theories emerged. Since genes assist in the generation of the 100,000 known proteins in the body, it was expected that researchers would find one gene for each of those 100,000 proteins. Yet, when the counting was completed, there were less than 25,000 genes. 100+ years of genetic thinking was suddenly and radically altered.

Further investigation found that each gene has the potential to generate as many as 2,000 proteins. It was also discovered that the expression of genetic traits is determined more by the environment than by the genes themselves. As it turns out, your genes are not your fate, but they are a factor in your health; a factor that can be controlled by the environment that exists in your body. This new science is called epigenetics.

The environmental factors in genetic expression are primarily influenced by lifestyle: How do you eat? Where do you live? What is the quality of the air and water? Do you have a lot of stress? Are you exposed to large amounts of chemicals or heavy metals? It is now abundantly clear that the most important aspect of our health that we can control is what we decide to put into our mouths, beginning with the diet.

Unfortunately, most of us learn this lesson the hard way. It usually begins with a health crisis; maybe one, maybe more. I know that in my case, I had to feel really bad most of the time before I started looking for solutions to my personal health problems. I first tried denial, but my body reminded me constantly that something was not right. Then came the synthetic food supplements, the strenuous exercise programs and the positive thinking classes before I finally came to grips with the real problem: I really liked junk food and beer and I did not want to give them up.

But in the end, I did give them up. I changed my eating habits and began taking only the whole food nutritional supplements that my body asked for using muscle response testing. Today, I feel better at 60 than I felt at 20. Changing my life was a process—it took several years to accomplish, but the better I ate, the better I felt.

To all those reading who see themselves in this story, please know that the answers do exist. It will require commitment, but the end result is worth it. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, and with each step you will feel a little better, a little stronger, and a little more in control of your body’s genetic expression.

Parasite Energies | By Dr Frank Springob

layered+energy.jpg

Acknowledging in the energy of parasites within the human body is one of the great practical applications of the M-Field procedure. Dan Riskin, biologist and narrator of the television series “Monsters Inside Me” on the Animal Planet Channel, regularly states that “Everybody has them.”  Utilizing the M-Field Technique on thousands of patients, we have come to the conclusion that this is a valid statement. If this is indeed true, why are they so seldom diagnosed within the American medical system?

A local medical doctor stated that he agreed with the opinion of Dan Riskin, but noted that parasitic infestations are usually diagnosed following a stool sample. He felt that it was possible that the lab technicians either do not know what they are looking for, or they do not know what they’re looking at.

In my many years of doing muscle response testing procedures prior to the development of Morphogenic Field Technique, it was uncommon to find parasite energies using old testing procedures. When they did show up, they were usually found after several weeks or months of treatment. Once revealed, the patient’s symptoms usually improved rapidly.

With this in mind, we determined that in the development of the M-Field procedures, we would focus on layering energies in our test kits with a focus on uncovering hidden parasite energies within the body. After many months of experimenting with different types of layered energies, we accomplished this intended purpose. It is this capability and the use of the M-Field that has created many of our huge clinical successes. Both Chantea’s Story and Lexi’s Story in the book, Bugs in My Brain, Poison on My Plate tell of radical symptomatic improvement once these parasitic energies, which we call detrimentals, are handled with our nutritional and herbal protocols.

But first, the parasite energies must be acknowledged. The ability to find hidden parasite energies within the body with the Morphogenic Field Technique and the resulting symptomatic improvement for the patient has been extremely gratifying.

My Truly Affordable Health Care Solution | By Dr Frank Springob

my truly affordable health care solution

I was recently asked to speak at an event in my town sponsored by the Democratic Party about the “crisis” of repealing the Affordable Care Act (ACA), known by most as “ObamaCare”. The invitation came from a local physician, who believed that the public should have input from all sides, including that from the “alternative perspective”.

After quickly considering all of my Sunday afternoon options, I declined the invitation. While I agreed that everyone in the health care conversation would benefit from my perspective, I was pretty sure that nobody who would attend this function really wanted to hear what I had to say.

This morning, I read an article in the local newspaper about the event. The story in the paper only confirmed that my opinions about the practicality and affordability of Obamacare would have fallen on deaf ears. According to the article, everyone at the meeting agreed that repealing the ACA would be a disaster for everyone. I totally disagree. Done properly, a new system that gives coverage to every person is just what we need!

The biggest problem we have with the Affordable Care Act is that it is not really affordable. On the other hand, complete coverage could be very affordable but requires a total reconsideration of several factors that nobody wants to talk about. Surprisingly, it starts with a premise that should be near and dear to the heart of all Americans—freedom!

America is the “land of the free”, right? You do not hear that much anymore. The phrase has slowly been changed to “freedom isn’t free”. The implication is clear—we aren’t really free and we should all be OK with that. Events, like the one I did not attend, are occurring all over the country right now. These events are telling us that we have to accept the government’s right to make our decisions for us, including about our health and health care. If you don’t like the set-up, too bad. And, by the way, you have to pay for it anyway!

ObamaCare has been a disaster for the large number of people who prefer the natural health alternative. Resources are being routed into a system which they neither support or routinely participate in, except in an emergency. Paying the massive insurance premiums needed to support the current system leaves them without the financial resources needed to participate in a truly natural health care system, one that focuses upon “health” rather than on “disease”.

Contrary to the initial promises made by the advocates of the ACA, natural preventative care does not play an active role in this system. The term “preventative care” has been redefined to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical and medical lobbyists and true preventative care has been marginalized into near extinction.

As a result, most of my patients use cash to pay for their care. Plus, they also pay their ever-increasing insurance premiums. The people I treat are not seeking to get another chemical in the form of a prescription. They know that they are getting enough chemicals already from the processed GMO food products they are eating. My patients are seeking advice regarding health alternatives from nature. And I am pleased to provide them with those options. They pay out-of-pocket because our protocols are “not a covered service”.

So, what is my “Truly Affordable Health Care Solution”?

It is pretty simple—get rid of all of the expensive stuff that really doesn’t support true health, like insurance companies and government interventions.

I recommend an automatic health savings account totally directed by the person responsible for making the individual health care decisions. The account would be backed by a major medical policy that would kick-in only when the annual health expenses exceed $10,000. Each American would receive an annual health care allotment that can be used as they choose (freedom returns). If they don’t spend it, it can be rolled-over into the next year.

Everyone will be covered. Everyone becomes responsible. Freedom of choice in health care returns.

Health savings accounts have worked well in the past. The problem came from the “disease care” industry as people increasingly made natural health care choices. The insurance companies, the hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry all lost market share when people were actually empowered to make their own choices. The money flows away from them. These are the groups that do not really want the system improved.

That is why those groups need their lobbyists!

The Ancestral Diet and the Modern Diet | By Dr Frank Springob

The Ancestral Diet and the Modern Diet

My hometown of Port Angeles is located approximately 15 miles from a famous archeological dig, the Manis Mastodon Site, unearthed in 1977.  According to the scientific journal “Science”, this location is the oldest human settlement the Western Hemisphere found to date.  There, tools and artifacts have been dated back to 13,800 years ago, older than the Clovis Site in New Mexico by 1000 years.  The dig at the Manis Mastodon site uncovered the remains of bison, caribou, and elk, but the nearly 14,000 year old mastodon remains the big attraction at the visitor’s center.

I recall reading about the discovery in the local newspaper when it was first publicized, trying to imagine the early humans’ relationship to this beast.  It was found with a spear point embedded in its rib, confirming for archaeologists that humans were indeed hunting in this area at that time.

I was reminded of the old joke about how to eat an elephant, which I have referred to many times in my life when faced with a large, daunting project.  Breaking things down into smaller pieces makes them manageable.

So close to my home there is an actual historical settlement where people literally “ate the elephant” for survival. Just south of Sequim, Washington, lays ample evidence of the known origins of a traditional diet in the Western Hemisphere.

The Native American indigenous people survived many millennia before the arrival of the European settlers to “the New World.”  Tribal nations across the country consumed the food that was available to them, and it is well documented that there was an abundance of animal fat and protein in the primitive diet.

Less obvious, perhaps, is the fact that nobody was getting their cholesterol checked on a regular basis. 14,000 years ago, people functioned without knowing their blood pressure or their resting heart rate.  Yet, they managed to survive as a culture for thousands of years. Of course, the food was devoid of pesticides and herbicides; what today we would refer to as a totally organic diet. The carbohydrates that were consumed by early humans were in their complex form, since refined carbohydrates would not exist for another 13,400 years.

We do a different sort of hunting now.  In the 21st Century, conscientious shoppers spend a lot of time reading the labels on the food for sale at the grocery store.  For those who are interested in health, the goal of the hunt is to find a nutrient-rich, high quality organic food supply.  Today, this type of food can seem more elusive than a mastodon.  As consumers we must decipher, from reading labels on packages, whether or not the contents are something we really want to put into our mouths.

The Native American ancestors who occupied the area 14 millennia ago had no such worries.  Whatever maladies they may have suffered as a culture, cancer was probably not one of them.  Now we live in a world where it comes as no surprise to learn that almost everything we have been eating, breathing or cleaning with is a known or possible carcinogen.  While regulatory agencies try to limit the exposure of the known carcinogens that we consume, these limits often come only after decades of exposure to the offending substance.

Big agribusiness and the chemical industry have now introduced over 80,000 new artificial chemicals into our food supply and environment.  Much of this is done without sufficient testing to evaluate the risks of exposing the population to potential threats.  Regulatory agencies have explained that extensive safety studies are not practical; it would be too expensive and it would slow the progress of new products to the market.

While you and I may believe that delaying the marketing of new chemicals is a great idea, it is likely that DuPont and Dow Chemical do not. Rather than proving the safety of a new product prior to introduction to the public, the product must be proven to be unsafe before it is “pulled” from the market.  In the meantime, we are all exposed to it.  This is not the recipe for another 14,000 years of survival.

Take Charge: Re-Connect Your Health to Good Food | By Dr Frank Springob

Take Charge: Re-Connect Your Health to Good Food

Guest post from Eat to Save Your Life

I’m very happy to welcome Jerre Paquette, PhD, and Gloria Askew, RN, the authors of the fantastic book Eat to Save Your Life. Gloria’s experience as a registered nurse and nutritionist combines with Jerre’s extensive teaching and research experience to challenge out-dated and dangerous food perspectives about nutrition, food, weight loss and lifestyle. This week they’ll be providing insight regarding how to re-connect to health and good food.

Jerre recalls a university student of his announcing proudly she was improving her food choices by changing her brand of yogurt to the one that contains added probiotics. He applauded her decision to eat yogurt, then asked her what she knew about probiotics and why she thought they were good for her. Her happy face slumped into doubt, and then into a grimace of embarrassment, “I don’t know what probiotics are,” she confessed!

No one in the class could help her, either. It’s just that the TV ads were so convincing that no one questioned what they were buying or putting in their mouths.

Like so many of us, these students merely reacted to hype. Not long after, the manufacturer of her yogurt of choice was sued for false claims about their product—but not before millions of their customers had placed their trust in the company and drifted along making nutritional choices on the basis of compelling advertising.

In the thousands of food choices you make every year, be wary of advertising claims—including claims such as “fat free”, “lite”, “heart healthy”, “high fiber,” and even “all natural” and “organic.” Do you know what these mean and whether these terms have been defined by food regulators?  You’re better to pay more attention to the Nutrition Facts labels than the advertising hype.

We all need to rescue ourselves and one another from consequences of bad information and partial understanding. We need to gain control over the food we grow, buy, and eat. But there are problems.

On the one hand, food = profit, so profiteers will do anything to sell us their food products, including providing seductive, compelling, but false information; on the other hand, food and nutrition is not a public school subject, so most of us remain nutritionally illiterate and vulnerable to false and dangerous claims.

On top of that, our planet provides such a diverse treasure of nutritional foods, it’s difficult to make the best choices for our particular bodies. So we leave it to governments and corporations to place foods and food guides before us, all packaged and pretty. Much of the time, they help us make choices that are better for them than us. What they are doing is appealing to our desire for convenience and ease: it’s all about lifestyle, not usually about nutrition and health. The price of your not making the food-health connection can be high indeed and paid for by the quality and duration of your life.

We suggest you begin re-connecting food and health with this thought: think of eating not merely as filling up or satisfying a short-term appetite, but as working along with nature to fulfill her built-in promise for quality living and youthful longevity: think Eat to Save Your Life!

Here are five steps to take right away:

  1. Eat consciously. Everything you put in your mouth is a decision you made. Why did you think you made a good decision for yourself about that last meal? Hmmmmm….

  2. Think “nutrients”, not just food.  Do you eat mainly processed foods rather than whole plants? Have you found a local farmer who grows certified organic food? Do you purchase your chicken and meat without asking about how it’s raised? Are you eating fish from the cold, deep ocean? Do you tend to eat the same things over and over? There’s more to think about, but answering these questions is a good start.

  3. Educate Yourself. Go beyond what the mainstream media tells you about water, carbsfat, and protein in a sound byte or two.

  4. Develop a food and nutrition budget. Your budget needs to account for a meaningful proportion of whole, fresh, certified organic foods, and totally terrific food supplements. Are you willing to give something up in order to create such a budget? Of course—start by junking the junk food.

  5. Choose a totally terrific multi-supplement (one that includes vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients).

These steps will help you Eat to Save Your Life.

Your Journey to Health

Make the healthiest diet and lifestyle choice

Eating correctly is a huge part of your improvement. We need to know that along with the supplements you will be choosing Organic whole foods. If you choose to not make your diet a priority, your recovery process will be limited. With every bite you take, you are building new healthy cells which turn into tissues and organs. When you take in toxic, chemical-laden food, you are no longer nourishing your body. Instead, you are poisoning it. Eating what is closest to nature will be the nearest energetic match for our bodies. In a world full of choices, we like to keep it simple. Organic whole foods, grass fed, pasture raised animals, seasonal fruits and veggies and adequate healthy fats that are properly prepared (not heating oils to their smoking point) are the best. Our Rule is simple: Shop the outer parameter of the grocery store and buy organic. It is now a well-known fact that the poisonous pesticides and herbicides they spray on conventionally grown produce cause cancer and have been linked to hundreds of other health problems. Avoid processed foods like the plague. Even “organic” processed foods often contain rancid oil and chemicals that block important physiological pathways and disturb gut flora. We suggest you visit a Nutritional Therapist if you need further recommendations.

Don’t wait until it’s too bad

Most people, new to MFT experience dramatic relief and improvements. This can create a sort of health-crisis amnesia. You will forget how bad you felt. Many forget that they even felt bad at all! This can lead to lags in care and, in turn, symptoms start to arise again. Remember, the key to vibrant health is to address it before it can manifest as symptoms, or even worse, disease.

Regular visits, depending on the state of your field and health

Your practitioner will want to base your next appointment on the current state of your field. If you maintain a large field in between visits you will probably need your next visit in 4-6 weeks. If your M-field is contracted or misshaped or you are suffering from an immune challenge and experiencing symptoms, you may be asked to come back weekly. In extreme cases, you may need to be seen within a few days.

Taking your protocol

The protocol that is developed at your visit is very customised and exactly what your body needs at this energetic snapshot-in-time. It may change from visit to visit, but mostly we will be building upon it. We use the highest quality supplements and homeopathy to achieve ultimate wellness. Your supplements are the key to climbing the ladder to your health goals. We will slowly build upon your protocol as your energetic layers are revealed. The MFT clients that achieve the best results are those that are consistent with their protocol.

Physics Will Always Trump Chemistry | By Dr Frank Springob

physics will always trump chemistry

There has been a quiet revolution growing across the country in the field of natural health care and it all began in Port Angeles, WA.

The concept was built upon the premise that the human body had an Innate Intelligence that is constantly adapting to its immediate environment, for better or for worse.  The body has a natural attraction to a wholesome, nurturing environment and is repelled by a negative or toxic environment.

A second important premise is that each body has a field of energy that surrounds it and this field can “read” the environment for the purpose of adaptation.  On some level, these two basic concepts of the human body have existed in many cultures for centuries.

The relatively new contribution is our ability to quickly communicate with the body using the “field of energy” that it is constantly emitting.  We have called the human energy field the “Morphogenic Field” or M-Field.  The name was derived based upon early work into the Morphogenic Field done by Dr. Albert Einstein and later by Dr. Royal Lee.

The process of reading the M-Field is called Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT) and I have taught it to over 3000 health care providers in more than half of the 50 states over the past 8 years.  As many have experienced, the ability to read the M-Field and respond to it can be a great tool in assisting the assessment of a person’s nutritional, herbal and other health requirements.

The procedure is not like any other in the health care realm.  Unlike modern medicine, it does not depend upon chemistry.  It depends upon physics.  The M-Field is a natural energy signature (also called resonance), emitted by the body for the purpose of reading our immediate environment so that the body make adaptations.  Since everything else in the universe also emits an energy signature, the M-Field is constantly interacting with the surrounding fields.

If the M-Field is happy with its current environment, it will expand out.  If it dislikes the environment, it will contract.  We can use this phenomenon as a tool to determine what the body likes and what it dislikes.  We call it “Energy Signature Matching”.  The idea is to let the body tell you what external energies in its surroundings are helpful to that person and which are harmful.

Communication with the Morphogenic Field of the body can be performed by a skilled health care practitioner, trained to quantify the size and balance of the human energy field. Other required skills include a knowledge of truly natural health solutions and the ability to accurately perform a modified muscle response test on the person who’s M-Field is being analyzed. The practitioner can then use the structured MFT Procedure to uncover environmental factors that are affecting the individual and respond with appropriate natural treatment.

The only stated goal of Morphogenic Field Technique is to grow and balance the human energy field.  That is all that is promised.  However, when a large (5-7 feet) and balanced M-Field exists, our experience has shown that remarkable health improvements can be achieved over time.  We have measured these changes through more traditional methods as well, such as improvement to blood tests and symptom surveys, as well as dark field microscopy.

The MFT Procedure is a practical application of the science of quantum physics, used to identify health challenges and find health solutions.  The secret lies in maintaining a large and balanced field of energy around the body.   Rather than using blood “chemistry” to guide a “chemical intervention”, the science of physics is used to match the energy signature of the person to the energy signature of the totally natural recommendations.

For a moment, consider the use of chemistry and physics as it exists in modern healthcare.  Physics concepts are used in many of the diagnostic tools such as x-rays, MRI’s and CT scans.  However, the treatments that result are primarily chemical in nature.  Chemistry, though helpful, has built-in limitations.

Using existing physics concepts to read energy fields has infinite possibilities.  Until a machine is created to accurately read and respond to an energy field, the MFT concept of providing information about the needs of the body through skilled natural healers is the best way to move forward.  In my opinion, the future of healthcare around the world will ultimately involve less chemistry and more physics.

Energetic Nutrition | Explained

Energetic Nutrition is a holistic and preventative approach that supports your unique system to create balance and synergy between mind, body and spirit. The specific Morphogenic Field Technique allows us to muscle test the energy field of your body to determine the energetic root cause of DIS-EASE within your body. It uses specific testing to find solutions to your symptoms to regain full health and vitality.

Morphogenic Field Technique enables healing by beginning starting at square one - energetic levels. Working with the Field, we begin to strengthen our immune system, increase our vitality and deepen our intuitive senses.

Journeying with Addison creates space to learn and implement techniques that individually support your path to abundant wellness.

Addison Landry: One of the Most Sought After Natural Healers

With parents and family mastering in a diverse range of the health fields, Addison grew up rooted in the belief that the body knows exactly how to heal itself. But in order to tap into these magical, innate healing powers, we must remove the negative interferences blocking our natural process.

Life lead Addison from Melbourne, Australia to New York City in her early twenties, but after a year of a fast pace, high-intensity lifestyle she hit a wall and felt depleted and out of balance. She was over weight, constantly bloated, and even experiencing hair loss. Addison struggled to find the energy to carry out her typical day-to-day tasks.

It was only when she returned to her roots with nutrition and energy healing that she was able to tap back into the power of self-healing and regain her health. Thus, began the unfolding of her own spiritual and healing journey.

Addison has a  masters in Applied Nutrition and is a level two reiki practitioner. She's trained in Morphogenic field balancing, Emotion tuning and also a whole food chef. Her goal is to change the way the world is engaging with their bodies through holistic approaches to wellbeing.  The transformative power of food and balancing energy fields and emotions can unearth the root causes of imbalance create a path towards healing.

Through trust and love we can heal ourselves and each other because trust and love are the driving forces for all transformations. Authenticity and discovery is the new enlightenment and when we replace what is perceived as “mysticism” with knowledge, then fear is dispelled and we become open to the power of our own healing.

Addison believes health is holistic in nature, that wellbeing is a culmination of all of our experiences, and that illness is just an energetic imbalance. She believes each of us hold the answer to our healing in our own Energetic Fields; it’s a basic but intelligent communication system. Addison’s mission is to help you create a deeper intrinsic connection to your health, so that you begin to understand what your body’s communicating, and how we can support it. Her philosophy is simple: by focusing on energy, we are one step ahead of matter.

Why the emphasis on the energy field? It’s an extension of the body's Nervous System, which controls everything from our thoughts, to our digestion, and even our heartbeats. These basic mechanisms within our bodies create an energy field of information that communicates with itself and our environment to keep us safe, healthy and alive. Addison believes that communicating with the energetic field of your body will give you the information to allow your body to heal.

Addison is trained to treat issues within the energy field and uncover energetic cellular imbalances. Her use of the Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT) and Emotion Code allows an intelligent conversation with your energy field to figure out what your body needs to function optimally.

Addison looks at the energy of organs, chemical toxins, heavy metals, gut flora balance/imbalances, scars, food, emotions and many other energies that may be having a disruptive effect on your system. The key to any symptom or illness is asking the body what energetic imbalances created it in the first place. When you find the imbalance and support it with the right food and environment, the body begins to heal and the symptoms you once had will begin to dissipate.

Working with Addison will help you unlock your ability to heal the mind, body and spirit. She will provide you access to a deeper understanding of what makes you thrive, and work with you to provide a compassionate education for your body’s idiosyncrasies. Health is our greatest asset; with Addison you’ll learn the best way to take care of it.

Addison believes we can create a healthier world by creating a respectful and compassionate relationship with ourselves. Through trust and love, we can heal ourselves and each other, as these are driving forces for all transformations. Authenticity and discovery is the new enlightenment, and when we replace what is perceived as “mysticism” with knowledge, fear is dispelled and we become open to the power of our own healing.
